Toffe taverne. Ze zijn heel goed op de hoogte in de keuken wat mag en wat niet. Ze kregen opleiding rond allergenen en contaminatie. Voorlopig nog eerder beperkte kaart omdat ze zoekend zijn naar hoe te koken zonder contaminatie. Ik liet hen de vrije keuze omdat ik dan zeker was dat het volledig in orde is. Ze maakten glutenvrije pasta scampi met lookboter en tomaat. Was heerlijk.
