They offer GF pasta to swap out on the pasta dishes and the staff was knowledgeable about what was in the different items. You’re able to mark allergies when you make a reservations and the wait staff also marked my items with ‘gluten allergy’ on the order.
This is an Ethan Stowell restaurant, and my experience was comparable to that at other ESR spots. My spouse and I came for the Valentine’s Day tasting menu. They have GF pasta, and happened to be out of it today, but offered to make me an off-menu risotto instead, and it was great. All four of the starters for the set menu were GF, and I’m confident they would have adjusted them if they were not. I had a steak and a flourless chocolate cake in addition to the starters and the risotto. Overall, this spot was pricy but great — maybe my favorite ESR restaurant yet. Highly recommend!
