Review of Tawa Bakery

From an American flavor profile view. All of the food is quality, but for me the flavor profile was off. Highs & lows However I would recommend you trying this place. Only take out or delivery.

-margarita pizza -ok

-pepperoni pizza-from an American palate the pepperoni was a little weird

-eclairs-exceptionally amazing

-cupcakes-good

-brownies-good

-Risotto balls - ok

-burgers-weird flavor profile for a burger from American palate but quality ingredients. Odd spices in the meat & I think there were beets on it.

-mozzarella sticks not very crispy, but cool & a novelty to get gf fried food

-cheese/bread/sesame seed/mint app. - ok
