Taza - a Lebanese Grill

No GF menu. Waitress not very knowledgeable and not overly confident that she was making sure our requests were honored but made it out feeling good. Falafel, French fries, mixed grill 1 with lamb, chicken and beef Kafka. Tahini, hot sauce and garlic sauces.

No gluten free menu and server was less than helpful. Told me the rice was GF but there's vermicelli in it.

Went there for dinner tonight as I have tons of times. I recently was told I have a severe gluten and dairy intolerance so my usual food choices are changing. The waitress was extremely helpful in going through the menu with me, providing suggestions for how to make things dairy free and what to avoid that has gluten (their rice has vermicelli in it). She also stated she would notify the kitchen and ensure that there was no cross contamination. My grilled veggies, chicken and hummus was fantastic!!
