Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe

My mom who has really bad celiac disease got sick here. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC. They have way too much cross contamination, my mom ordered a cucumber tomato salad and it came with glutenous noodles hidden in the bottom.

I’ve never had trouble here as long as I stay away from the bread, which contains gluten.

The fish and fruit are fantastic. They will check on the gluten status if you ask when ordering.

Desserts generally not gf but other diners love them.

Great assortment if gluten free options, the hummus with veggies instead of pitas chips is a personal favorite of mine. As a non vegetarian who can't eat gluten its refreshing to find gluten free options that feel like a full meal and aren't just a salad.

Really great food and very conscientious of those with celiac disease

They're very knowledgeable about telling what's safe and what contains ingredients that are not safe. Very delicious food! i had the Greek salad with lamb and it was huge and yummy. the service staff were friendly and more than happy to accommodate my needs :)

We ordered a dinner for 4. Before we ordered one of the managers walked us thru what I could have and what not to have. And that they change their gloves when advised that a diner has food allergies to avoid the cross contamination.

I have eaten here many times (I’ve ordered in the store and online where you can leave comment and check a box for gluten free in the allergy column) and they have always gotten the order correct and I’ve never gotten sick. I have been to multiple Taziki’s locations in the Southeast and I have never had an issue. The food is really great too!
