The server was very knowledgeable. They assured me the tortilla chips are manufactured offsite and are labeled gluten-free so I could have the chips, salsa, and guacamole. I ended up liking the chips so much I had the pulled pork nachos as my main dish. The group I was with was not gluten-free so my food was brought out separate from their meals to prevent cross-contamination. I felt very safe there and did not have a reaction the next day.
