TDLLO Ramen & Sushi

I have celiac and have had great experiences with the sushi each time I’ve eaten here. I always get a basic avocado roll and the tri color roll just to play it safe. they even have gluten free soy sauce!

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Somewhat

We called ahead to find out if the vegetable ramen is GF and we’re quickly told yes. When we got to the restaurant we discovered all the noodles have gluten and with further investigation found out all the broths have gluten. I asked about the sushi as I saw from other reviews they had gotten GF sushi and was directed to a very small part of the menu (and I could tell one of those items had a sauce with gluten). I settled on the stir fry which I was told could be made GF since they have GF soy sauce. It was tasty, but now I’m bloated and can tell I have had a reaction. I had been hopeful, but after trying it I won’t be back as the choices are lacking and not safe.
