Te Au Moana

Almost everything they serve at the luau is gluten free! The only things that aren't are the macaroni and the desserts. But if you inform your server that you have a problem with gluten, they will bring you your own gluten-free dessert (ube tapioca pudding) that was a delicious alternative. The food was all very good and it was nice to have so many options.

We did the Luau and denoted when signing up what my allergies were (also dairy free). The Luau menu is family style, so you’ll want to make sure you communicate with your table mates if cross contamination is an issue. This was hands down the best meal we had our whole trip, and we had some pretty epic food. I did not have any symptoms.
