Have eaten here twice now. Staff seems quite knowledgeable about gluten. Their gf bread is so good I inquired as to the brand so I might buy some. The atmosphere is laid back and comfy. Wish I lived in the area because it would be a great place to go and chill with friends.

This is a pretty establishment and they do have lots of gf teas available BUT they do not have any gluten free baked goods or tarts to speak of. When we were there they had only one lonely little prepackaged GF brownie for sale. Disappointed.

Lovely cafe with solid GF options, although the GF bundt cake was unavailable when we visited. When I put in my order, I said celiac and the barista made a note. Neither me nor the person I dined with had any issues and we both have Celiac. Will return--a needed addition to Bangor GF options!
