Got the okonomiyaki with beef and didn’t react. Easy to see what dishes aren’t gf. Great place.

I have been here several times for lunch without a problem. They have lots of good options (not just salad) and everything is clearly marked on their allergen menu. However I recently ordered a GF cookie (new menu item) and got really sick. It’s made in-house, not packaged separately, and they do have the usual disclaimer about potential for cross-contamination, so I probably shouldn’t have risked it. If you’re Celiac, the mains are good, but skip the cookie!

They have many GF options and offer an extensive and regularly revised allergens menu
The allergy list is thorough and suggests modifications e.g. ordering the eggs and salmon with no bread -- which is what I did! They offered to sub in strawberries, which I really appreciated even though I don't like strawberries! The food and the tea were both delicious.
We always have a good experience here. Lots of GF options and very fresh and attractive food.

Allergy list which is very helpful! And the staff was very helpful!
Yes
There is an allergy list online or in the restaurant that shows which items are GF. The food was delicious and so fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (I did not get sick).
Ask for the allergy list and it lists all gluten-free items. Hooray!
