The staff takes gf dining seriously. Several staff members have gf issues. Our dining experience was uneven. My wife, who does not have gf issues, had a wonderful meal. I ordered rack of lamb and waited for over an hour for it to be served with a series of apologies from the waitress who provided me with a small plate of delicious grilled vegetables when I said I was hungry The lamb arrived tepid and tough. For dessert I ordered panna cotta without the cookie. The sauce was delicious but the panna cotta was slimy and gelatinous. The wine list is extensive and all Italian arranged by region. In hindsight, I should have ordered the gf pasta.
