So I work at this restaurant and I recently found out how many items are actually gluten free and I was mindblown🤯. Not only does Tecas have a more items available on their menu than quite a few of the “gluten free” restaurants I have been to, but the also have a lot of vegetarian options as well. And here’s the real kicker- everything is kinda like “kosher” - pork never touches anything else
