Gf burgers are available here. You can switch the regular bun for a gf bun (they are pretty crumbly) and ask for no sauce. I believe only the meat patties are gf as the chicken burgers are crumbed. Unfortunately the chips aren’t gf but you can switch for a side salad in the set instead.
The staff knew about gluten allergies and were able to assist in recommending alterations.
The burger itself was pretty average for the cost but not bad.

I was thrilled to find a burger restaurant in Tokyo that had a gluten free bun! I read reviews previously that stated there would be a lettuce wrap option (which I was fine with) but was pleased to see they had a gluten free burger bun option. The burger bun was ok but being that Japan doesn’t typically recognize “gluten” as an allergy I was just happy to have something to eat! The fries and burger sauce were not gluten free which I was informed of and just said no burger sauce and a side salad instead. I ended up getting fries on my plate when the order was ready but just didn’t eat them.

This burger chain has the options for gluten-free buns or lettuce buns. I talked to the staff, and their special burger sauce has wheat, but their teriyaki sauce is wheat-free. No dedicated fryer, but their salad dressing is also wheat-free. Staff were pretty knowledgeable and able to suggest substitutions.
I had the avocado burger (no sauce) and salad. The burger was nice and juicy, if a little bland. The salad was decent.
