The restaurant had a gluten-free menu and our waitress was knowledgeable about gluten-free needs. I ordered a bison steak with mashed potatoes, grilled shrimp, a Caesar salad without croutons, and vanilla ice cream and had no issues afterward. Make sure not to get gravy with any potatoes, as it is thickened with wheat flour.
