Tee Sud Thai Rustic and Bar

I asked the server "is your phad thai celiac friendly". He did say that it was "gluten-free" and they washed the cook surfaces before cooking. But follewed with a very rude, "if you're really sensitive, you should just stay home and never leave the house." With how he was obviously put-off by the first gluten-free question, I didn't ask any more questions and didn't order for myself in hopes his attitude would change... which it didn't.

I did order for my daughter something since we were in a time crunch, and told him she didn't have any dietary restrictions (I informed the server about our time restrictions BEFORE ORDERING and asked the serve time and he surprisingly said 5 minute... fast good for us). But after 15 minutes, we were running short on time and no food. So, I asked how much longer, and he said "it isn't like we put it in the microwave, so whenever it is ready." We couldn't wait much longer or she wouldn't have time to eat, so we left and she had to eat what we had in the car.

Would have been better if the server had more tact with dietary issues, even if he didn't recommend my eating there. But more importantly, honest about the serve time.

Amazing food and drinks. Lots of gf options. Knowledgeable chef and wait staff.
