Review
The waiters explained to me that everything grilled (... a la plancha) should be gluten free. I took a hake and mushrooms, and they both were delicious! No symptoms afterwards.

The servers were not super knowledgable about food allergens but were happy to ask the kitchen when needed. I got the baked octopus and it was tasty.
