The server knew and understood about gluten intolerance and made us feel comfortable. Most items can be adjusted to be gluten free. The only gluten-free desserts are the flan and the Dippin' Dots ice cream. Service was great and food was good. A lovely surprise in the tiny town of Murfreesboro!
