This is a Michelin star tasing menu experience. It was my first Michelin star dinner, and the team modified all of their items for celiac. For example, my husband ate pasta with lobster, and the celiac modification was gluten free gnocchi with lobster. I had this meal when I was still recovering from being diagnosed, and I was extremely sensitive to all and any cross-contamination. I felt incredible after this meal. It gave me hope that I could have celiac and eat out, and that food can taste good gluten free.
It is expensive, but it’s worth every penny to celebrate and eat great food without fear of getting glutened.
