Only writing this to warn you all to not eat here if you are intolerant / sensitive / celiac. Their menu has GF marked and the waitress was nice and assured me that the food would be gluten free. My burrata came out with two big slices of bread on top. When I asked one of the waiters, he was pretty rude to me and told me it would be gluten free without the bread so I could just take it off. I told him I am highly sensitive and couldn’t eat it, so he rolled his eyes and brought back (what I assume was) the same salad with two pieces of bread in the side… my waitress assured me that wasn’t the case but I should’ve trusted my gut. I ordered the chicken which was also marked as gluten free on the menu and again discussed my allergy with the waitress… it came out with a thick white sauce that looked questionable so I asked again and she assured me it was gluten free. It most certainly was not and I’m spending the rest of the weekend on my bathroom floor. My reaction was definitely not just cross-contamination — I assume there was flour in the sauce. I should’ve gone with my gut and shouldn’t have eaten the food after the waiter was rude and didn’t take me seriously but it’s 2022 and this is Brooklyn — don’t have gluten free markings on a menu if the items aren’t gluten free or if you don’t want to accommodate gluten free diners.
