Review of Ten Sushi

Ordered take out, I know scary, but bare with me. Ordered a California roll and Philadelphia roll. Put in the notes "gluten allergy, Celiac, no soy sauce please". Got a call couple minutes later asking about the note and that the California rolls Crab isn't gf, did I want to sub for Shrimp? And that the fish in the Philadelphia roll wasn't gf did I want fresh salmon? LOVED THAT! Also, without even asking got a marked gf soy sauce 🍣😋
