As a celiac, based on the reviews we intended to avoid the arepas just in case. However, we asked exactly which masa brands they used and were told a mix of P.A.N. and Bob's Red Mill, both of which we knew to be safe. We had the Teote plate with smoky pollo and it was unique and delicious and I did not get glutened. This is a casual place. Would absolutely go there again.
