Eaten here many times over the last few years whenever I visit PDX, and every time is delicious and I’ve never had a reaction. The owner himself can’t eat gluten, so he takes it seriously. There is a disclaimer on the website about possible cross-contamination from the masa production side, but there’s never been an issue for me and I think it’s more a CYA than a real risk; everything at the restaurant is totally gluten-free. So good, non-GF people I introduce this place to keep coming back. Agua frescas are delicious and the smoky queso dip is the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time.
