Gluten free facility and no soy in anything. We asked for dairy on the side and they didnt butter our Aparitas, and gave us a bowl on the side. So aware and informational. The owner can’t have gluten so he gets it! The smoked Apollo chicken , and El Diablo pork are the best tasting meats I’ve ever had. We had the el Cana platter. Incredible
