Their beer is gluten reduced and I have never had a problem with it. Their sister brewery Twisted Trunk is the same.

Having Celiac Disease. I am so happy to have a local brewery with great tasting and Gluten Free beers. They are available at the brewery and also at many local restaurants, bars and liquor stores. My favorite is their Chancellor Beer. Kudos to TBC for considering good health while brewing their great beers.

All of their beers are brewed for gluten sensitivities, similar to Omission beers. The brewmaster was extremely knowledgeable.
