Several of the items on their menu are listed as GF. Following up on others reviews, I asked if were frying GF items with items containing gluten, they ARE. I explained that that means they're NOT GF, and she was kinda snippy. The waitress asked the manager, and he said only the soups and salads were ok, because the others are prepared "near the fryer". The said they have no area to prepare GF items. I was trying to ask what items don't go in the dryer, and she just kept saying that all the items are prepared "near the fryer". There wasn't a language barrier, I just felt like they didn't want to deal with it. Be very careful if you eat here. I just drank water.

BE CAREFUL! There are many items listed as gluten free but I was told that they are fried in the same fryer as menu items such as churros and flour tortillas for chimichangas. The first time I asked our waiter he said that they don't fry anything other than corn items. I asked him to double check because I saw chimichangas on the menu and he came back and said he was wrong. I told him that marking it gluten free and frying in a non dedicated fryer makes it not gluten free and can be dangerous for many people with celiacs. I went with the corn tacos.

Very extensive GF menu. The food is delicious, and even more importantly safe! Dedicated fryer for the chips!

Food was good and they have several menu items marked gluten free. Waitress was knowledgeable about other menu items too.
