Gf menu was indicated on the menu. Chips are not GF. That was disappointing! Overall food was ok, I would not go back.

This restaurant is awesome! Went for the first time today and the service, chips and dips, drinks, gluten free food options and facility are excellent. I didn’t get sick or have any stomach issues. Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience! Their menu lists GF on at least half of the menu. The chips are in a shared fryer, so I didn’t eat those. We got the guacamole as an appetizer and I brought some chips from home. Had the fish street tacos. Presentation for each dish was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Note: The Hudson location doe NOT have a dedicated fryer as of July 2022, but according to the manager, it is going to be added in the near future. This means the corn chips on the table and not gluten free, and some offerings are not yet available without risk of cross contamination. I was very careful to communicate that I was Celiac and "deathly allergic" to gluten to my server Jenitza who was very careful with my food.
My husband and I were seated within 5 minutes on a busy Saturday night at 7:45 pm. I was aware that the chips on the table were not safe from a local gluten free Facebook group, so I did not try those. There was not a gluten free chip option available, so I was unable to try the guacamole. I ordered the taquitos (labeled gf) as a starter, but the manager was kind enough to come over and explain that since they are brand new, they only have 1 fryer, and therefore couldn't make the taquitos safe for me as they are fried. I said that was fine and I would rather be safe. I opted instead for a pricy "La Catrina" margarita which was delicious. My husband ordered a draft Dos Equis Lager, which was glutenous.
My husband ordered the also glutenous Mango Quesadilla, and I opted for the Poablanas Enchilada. Our food arrived promptly, and I ordered a Mai Tai to go with dinner.
My dinner was delicious. My husband also greatly enjoyed his food (as well as all the chips with the salsa, salsa verde, and queso for the table). The Mai Tai had an interesting smoky flavour from the mexical alcohol. Not exactly my cup of tea, but not terrible.
A few hours later, I am pleased to report I am not ill in any way.
The atmosphere was lively, the music was, perhaps, a touch too loud, but enjoyable, and the service was delightful.
In a few months they should be able to get dedicated fryers and improve service even further. I'm excited to return and try more of their menu.
