A friend of mine works here, and says that the bagels are absolutely unsafe for people with celiac. There is flour present in the facility and they do not have a dedicated space for GF bagel prep or a dedicated toaster. He recommended that I do not eat here but says that the GF bagels are delicious. So the rating for flavor is based on a non-celiac who can eat regular bagels, saying that they are delicious and safety is based on an employee’s recommendation to not eat them if you have celiac.

Only 2 options of gluten free bagels which is disappointing. Also no safe way to toast gluten free bagels as they only have 1 toaster. The plain was pretty good (I much prefer toasted or at least warm bagels so this may have been better if I’d brought it home to toast). Definitely do not skimp on the sandwich toppings. They also gave my sister a ton of cream cheese on her bagel. I plan to go back so I can buy a few to toast at home. I have already tried to go back but they were out of gluten free bagels by 8 or 9 am.

Great GF everything bagel sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese. I had to call after picking up for takeout to confirm it was actually a GF bagel because the texture was very normal...
