Terra Mare Restaurant

A very good restaurant; it was very busy on the night we dined, which probably downgraded our rating because they didn’t take the time to make a sauce I could enjoy. We started with an appetizer of shrimp risotto that was absolutely fantastic....one of the best risotto dishes we’ve ever had. My partner ordered the ostrich, which was quite delicious with a wonderful sauce with many different vegetables and tasty tidbits. I ordered the duck, which was tasty but could have been crispier. The sauce it came with didn’t compliment the dish--the chef didn’t take the time to make an interesting sauce. Service was good but a bit slow due to the busyness of the restaurant.
