Called to check menu. They have a GF menu and as he was reading the items he said wings. I asked if they were baked and he said no, fried. “So you have a designated fryer for all your gluten free items?” Oh- no, there is not a designated fryer. Our menu is kind of old but it states there is not a designated fryer… so even though fried things may be labeled GF TRULY ARE NOT DUE TO CROSS CONTAMINATION.
