The staff are not trained enough! I asked what was gluten free and was told "Everything can be made gluten free with either a wrap or bread!" I then asked specifically about the meat substitutes since they are seldom GF and she told me they are safe. My celiac sense was tingling so I opted for a safer sandwich.

The next time I went I asked the same "what is gluten free" and was told a better answer, that only these 5 sandwiches, but they can substitute the fake meats for tofu in anything.

So, while they can be gluten-friendly, if I'd been newer to GF I would have gotten really, really sick.
