Review of Teru Sushi

When I called, they seemed knowledgeable about GF concerns and they do have gf soy sauce. However the waitress claimed that their mayo was gluten free, but when asking to confirm with chef, we found out she was wrong. Close call. The waitress then proceeded to tell my table of celiacs that mayonnaise normally contains gluten and we should google it... makes me question their food safety training and I decided to avoid eating anything.
