We called the place and they let us know that we had to call in advance since they are a laboratory and don’t have any “ready to eat” food. So we did just that.

They had so many options. Cartocciate, pizzette, artisanal bread ( I saw they sell it at the Ipercoops of Catania as well), cakes, cookies and much more.

We decided to take the cheesecake, pistacchio cookies, a tavola calda for all my family and 5 breads.

All so delicious!!!! We where so happy to try the products!!!! The owners are so kind.

I recommend this place very much!!! They do ONLY gluten free products.
