Immediately marked what I could eat on the menu. When I asked follow up questions about their fryers they understood cross contamination and erred on the safe side. Our server told me he has a celiac friend who eats here frequently and he was super understanding, friendly, and accommodating. However, I got a little nervous that he wasn’t actually familiar with celiac when he asked me if I had my epi pen. Only not five stars because there wasn’t a specially GF menu.
