I have been to this restaurant a few times in Aruba. I felt the servers and management in Aruba were much more helpful. Our waiter tonight told me there was no allergen list and that I should “not eat the things with wheat”. Yea - Thanks a lot.

Great place for gluten free! If you ask, they have an allergen list. The meats are all gluten free, and many things at the buffet (salad, potato salad, tomatoes, rice, and a TON of other options) are also gluten free. I’d definitely ask for the sheet of gluten vs non gluten free foods to get specifics but there are many options (although less so for vegetarian). I ate twice here since it was close by and did not get sick either time! Lunch is cheaper than dinner but the selection of meats is slightly different and more limited, but it was still great!
Yes
Awesome! All meat was gluten free and the cheese buns are gluten free and delicious. Fabulous meal!

Amazing experience here! Cheese bread was gluten free and they brought out an allergy list. All the meats were gluten free and most of the salad bar. Great service and great food.
Very delicious and safe. Be sure to ask for a manager to let them know your allergies and they will have your server carry the allergen list with them to constantly double check. All of the meat is GF, and mpst of the salad bar. Even the cheese bread they serve at the table is GF, as traditional Brazilian bread is made with tapioca starch...such a nice treat to be able to eat from the bread basket! Also, the creme brulee for dessert is to die for. I have eaten here 3 times during my trip thus far, and plan to eat one more meal here before leaving. It is quite pricey, but totally worth it! And just for the record, I have severe celiac disease and had no reaction to their food.
While visiting San Juan and staying at the Sheraton we ate at the Texas De Brazil one night. Very friendly staff and the waiter knew all about gluten free diet (celiac spree). They do not have a menu but had a sheet that listed everything that had gluten in it. It was very good.
Yes
I told the servers that I have celiac, they neglected to tell me the mashed potatoes have flour in them. When I told the manager what happened, he only took $20 off the bill

Such a great and wonderful experience! Most all of the menu is gluten free and what little isn't, you would never miss with all the options they have.
The salad bar is amazing with salad, charcuterie, shrimp, salmon, potato salad, asparagus and much more!
All the meats are gf, and they were all so delicious!
Definitely a GO-TO choice!

One of my more disappointing experiences at a Texas de Brazil. The meat (which I asked for as rare to medium rare) kept coming out medium well. Then, I finally got something the correct doneness, only to find out it wasn't gluten free. My waiter was informed of my allergy, but he didn't tell the manager, so I wasn't warned one of their steaks is not GF. Where I normally go, in another state, has said all the hot meats are GF.
I was unimpressed with how the lack of information was handled also.
