Review of Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse

There is a gluten free menu that you can ask for...BUT you are informed after the wait staff puts your order in that two of the item are ...in fact...NOT gluten free. Although frustrated with this, I was impresses that the kitchen staff was informed enough about gluten to catch this. UNTIL...my salt and pepper fillet came out plated with a bread crumb covered baked tomato...not once but TWICE. The second time it was brought out...the manager informed me that there was an easy fix...they would be happy to REPLATE the steak for me. No thanks!
