Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse

Nothing is written gluten-free anywhere on the menu like other reviews said. However, our waitress was pretty knowledgeable. Smoked meats, and most of the sides are perfectly safe. She was very knowledgeable about how breads and buns are toasted on one end of the griddle and meats are kept on the other. However, smoked meats like the brisket Are in a completely separate cooking pan and all of the barbecue sauces are gluten-free. Very good food.

We hosted a party there today in their private room in the back & they were wonderful! They had everything set up for us & had a separate menu marked with gf items just for us. We had a party of 20 & only my daughter & I are gluten free. We ordered chips, salsa & queso for the tables but the chips were not gf so we brought our own & then they brought smaller, separate bowls for us in case the bigger bowls got contaminated. We ordered the baked potato smothered with brisket & queso and it was delicious! We also ordered the brisket tacos on corn tortillas with no fried onions & they were great also! Fun restaurant - would totally recommend!

They have gf marked on the menu. Great food and great music on Thursday nights. I had the chicken wings and Texas Twinkies. Gluten free sides.
