Texas Reds Steakhouse

Although the restaurant does not have a GF menu, many items such as their steak and shrimp are naturally GF. When I called ahead, the hostess was very knowledgeable and at when seated, our waiter indicated that the kitchen staff takes precautions against cross-contamination. I got the grilled shrimp skewers with a baked potato and salad - all delicious!
