They do have a gluten-free menu kind of, I did tell the server that I have a good allergy. Later that night I've never had this much pain in my stomach after eating at a place. I asked them to change their gloves before touching my food and I don't think they did. I would not recommend this location.
Make sure to set up a reservation because this place is packed! Very good service, very knowledgeable staff. They have an online menu for allergies. Just watch the butter since it is all made in the same place if you are celiac.
Our waiter was great—brought us the GF menu and assured us they would wear gloves and take other precautions to avoid contamination. The main challenge is having to see the warm rolls and not being able to eat them.

Steaks and Vegetables are NOT dairy free! Ask to cook them without butter! But that was basically the only thing that was gluten and dairy free for me.
When ordering online Togo there are no GF options. I called in and ordered dinner Togo gluten free, but the meal had bread on top and some of the ordered items were missing from our meals . The order taker seemed to know this would be a problem and typed Gluten friendly 5 times on the ticket. They know they have a problem with their plating process for Togo orders and don’t seem to be inclined to fix it.

SKIP THIS LOCATION. Not celiac safe. I stopped eating here a year ago because they continued to cross contaminate my food. The food safety overall in this restaurant is horrible. I have caught a worker using the same rag from wiping down trays and cabinets using it on the plates to clean the edges before going out. They never have the sanitary buckets per NC code. I have spoken with the own and management several times about food safety. I have had croutons picked out of my salad after I specifically explained it had to be remade.
Upon arrival I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu. He informed me that they had a gluten-friendly menu. I will post a picture of it if I can figure out how. There were quite a few options but for anyone super sensitive to cross contamination I would be cautious. I had a grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes and corn. The food was good and I did not have any issues with it.
My first time eating at a chain since I was diagnosed with celiac. My server was so kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to ensure I had a safe meal. I ordered the grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes, it was very tasty and I did not get glutened!
Had the pulled pork with loaded mashed potatoes, corn and bbq sauce and it was so good! Service was excellent and they really care about celiacs. No reactions.
The steak seasoning has gluten so just order without the seasoning
