Gluten-friendly menu available. Staff is knowledgeable or they will confirm prior to your order being placed. I ordered the Filet Medallions. I request no seasonings or toppings. I sub the rice with their House Salad - no croutons. And I chose Baked Sweet Potato and Applesauce.

They have a gluten-friendly page on their website, but some information the server gave me seemed to contradict what the website said (specifically about whether sauces and marinades were gluten friendly or not) which severely limited the choices available.

I've never had an issue with Texas Roadhouse. I usually get a steak with a salad (no croutons) and a sweet potato. Always good.

I went there and got a sweet tea with the grilled barbecue chicken and the loaded sweet potato. I’m not sure if the gluten-free suggestion menu is in the restaurant if you ask for it, but it is online. It will tell you scenes like for example you can get a burger if you take the bun off and it has any different things on it that you could get.
