i stay at this Omni largely because of the gluten free breakfast options. this time, I talked to Christian, the manager who kindly had new grits made for me because the others were near the bread. He had the rest specially prepared in the kitchen. They have a large selection of gluten-free breads bagels and muffins with a dedicated gluten-free toaster. However they will also toast in the oven if you request that.
This restaurant marks GF options on the menu but I suggest talking to a manager or a chef. I was able to put together a custom menu based on the ingredients they had on hand. Very accommodating to me and I did not get sick.
