Yes they have GF pancakes and I asked if they could clean a small area of the grill to cook them. Waitress said she would try and she put a note in the system. Not sure if they did it or not. Pancakes good.

Texas Sunrise (if you’re not gluten free) is a great spot to grab breakfast and lunch! They do serve gluten free pancakes and other items that are made without gluten, however, even as someone with a gluten sensitivity, the gf pancakes and a non-gluten entree sent me to the bathroom for over an hour. If you have celiac disease or a sever sensitivity please make sure your server is aware and even then I would be selective of what you consume!

Our server Ashley was super knowledgeable and told me everything I could eat after telling her I’m extremely sensitive Celiac. She was amazing. Best omelette ever. No issues!

I do not have Celiac disease, I have Hashimoto's so I can't say how this would affect those with Celiac, but they do offer some delicious gluten free pancakes! The service is excellent and I was happy to find something I could eat. The portions are also extremely large.

Gluten free pancakes with add-ins! They have the usual options (eggs, bacon, veggies) but to find pancakes was very exciting
