Review of Texas Tony's Rib & BrewHouse

Meat and BBQ sauce is GF. My waiter had no idea what gluten was. He got the manager but I still felt he wasn’t super knowledgeable either. I got the brisket, collard greens, and applesauce and did not have any symptoms.
