Review of T.G.I. Friday's

I have celiac disease, and it is one of my favorite places to eat. So far, I have never had an issue with cross contamination. I also love that I have a good selection, and unlike most places, I don't have to substitute everything out or leave off all sauces and flavors just to make it gluten free.
