A great gluten free menu... Lots of options
They had gluten free bun for their all beef burgers and 2 kinds of Angry Orchard cider. Did the job for me. Pretty good for airport food.
Excellent choices on a separate GF menu! Very knowledgeable and caring staff! Awesome wait staff! Had a cheese burger and the bun did not fall apart! My server Zaire made my day! Awesome personality! So positive even though the whole place was jammed. Will go back in a heartbeat!!!
Always excellent, have been to many of the TGIs in Southampton, separate menu, excellent service.
Ordered a hamburger minus the bun and it arrived with the bun. Server took it back, thankfully I was sitting where I could see into the kitchen because he just had them take it off the bun and brought it back out. Was shocked when I refused to eat it! Gluten free beer was expired by almost a year. Not very knowledgeable.
Staff amazing , knowledgable and helpful. Great separate menu and delicious food.
I have celiac disease, and it is one of my favorite places to eat. So far, I have never had an issue with cross contamination. I also love that I have a good selection, and unlike most places, I don't have to substitute everything out or leave off all sauces and flavors just to make it gluten free.
Told waiter at least 3 times that I needed to have a gluten free salad. He said he understood. Came out again. croutons on salad. I was moderately pissed. He came back out with a new salad and cheese on the side, cuz he apparently “wasn’t sure if cheese was gluten free”. I appreciate the gesture, but that’s disturbing. When my bf paid the check, we said “thank you”. Waiter ignored us. What the hell fridays?
Went there because of their rating and found the only item that is truly gfree is the bun!! According to our server everything else has gluten in it. Our daughter had lemonade while we all ate. So frustrating. Their menu says gluten sensitive but on this site it says gluten free. Not true.
Was grateful to find this option in the airport. Gluten-sensitive menu is pretty extensive (although very standard) with steaks, chicken dishes, burgers with gf buns, salads, 2 soups, and even 2 beers. I enjoyed my meal and the Omission beer I drank.
Recently marked GS on the menu to indicate what items can be made for people with gluten sensitivity. They did have a GF bun, which surprised me... that is a first for T.G.I. Friday's as far as I am aware. I hope I don't get sick... but at least they are trying...
Updated review: They have GF Buns for their burgers that taste like regular bread (from what I remember, diagnosed in March 2009!). There isn't anything on the menu for a side that typically goes w a burger, but I had the Cheeseburger & was impressed!!! Part of that could possibly be I'm tired of Red Robin & Five Guys. Not bad as far as choices, more than they had when we went years ago. I would go back. Last time I was there, the amount they had on the GF menu didn't make it worth my time to ever go back...may have changed by now.
Ate here on August 10, 2017 while on vacation. The server was very knowledgeable regarding the gluten free options. They have a gluten "sensitive" menu with several salads, burgers with GF buns, and several entrees. Of course, their menu has the "not a gluten free environment" disclaimer like most other restaurants. I have Celiac disease and did not have any issues with their GF food which tasted very good. I would definitely eat at TGIFridays again.
Gluten sensitive is what their menu states. I wouldn't say they are free from cross contamination but very good gf buns for burgers! Bun was perfect proportions, didn't fall apart, or get weird and pasty. I had the grilled salmon but had a reaction to I believe the rice they offered me which probably wasnt gf even though I told them I had celiacs and needed gf. Otherwise great service and excellent gf bun and burger! Would return for burger!
Friday's has a gluten sensitive menu. GF buns for burgers. Salad, salmon, chicken, and shrimp options.
They do have GF references on the menu - but the food is overpriced and not that good. It was a fun experience but not worth the money...
Dedicated gluten free menu although they warn about cross contamination in the kitchen. Server was helpful and attentive to me having celiac. Would visit again.
I've had a few good experiences here. I typically get the sizzling chicken or a cheeseburger on a gf bun. Their menu says that they can only accommodate gf sensitive because of the shared cooking area, but have been great about changing their gloves. The waiters I have had have been patient and accommodating. I've VERY sensitive and have yet to have a reaction. I should note, though, that I generally go during an off time when it is less busy.
Friday's used to have a great GF menu but no more. Now just an allergen menu and 95% of their offerings have the wheat symbol by the item. Items that used to be on GF menu, such as the ribs, now aren't. Not sure why they thought the change was a good idea but I not interested in eating at a restaurant with so few choices. ☹️
No gluten free menu
Really good gf options available at TGIF's.
Brilliant service. They gave a separate menu and the The manager came over to take order and check all the ingredients were gluten free. He then assured it was cooked in a separate part of the kitchen.
