The good: they have a separate gluten free menu with lots of options.
The bad: The menu clearly states everything is cooked in a shared area and they definitely aren’t careful about cross contact here. Everything is fried in a shared frier and they aren’t able to modify (for example couldn’t sub fresh tofu for fried).
I let my waiter know I had a serious gluten allergy and he just gestured to the gf menu and said I could eat that. I don’t think he informed the kitchen of the allergy and he was also clear everything is kind of cooked in the same space.
I stuck to things that didn’t require cooking (the summer rolls with avocado) and also got the pho without the fried tofu because I figured the soup was all cooked together.
I have Celiac and didn’t get sick after, but I’d say you have to be careful what you ordered here!
Also, no alcohol but you can BYOB!
