I was unsure based on some of the things I read on here and prepared not to eat there. We ask our very knowledgeable waiter and he tells me that they make all the sauces to order and they have a special gluten-free soy sauce. So I ordered the pad se ewe (rice noodles) with chicken. Very low spice level. It was great! Tased wonderful, like I remember from my pre-celiac days, and best of all didn’t make me sick! My husband ordered the pad Thai with gluten-free soy sauce and shared with my celiac son. I recommend asking about your specific dish and don’t order anything fried, the waiter told me that’s not safe.
