Thai Barbeque

Many items on the menu of a Thai restaurant are naturally gluten free, but I asked the server about a rice dish called Spicy Mint Leaves. He wasn't positive, so he asked the chef. The chef reported that the sauce was made elsewhere and might contain gluten, so, to be safe, they substituted fish oil for the sauce. The meal was delicious, and I suffered no ill effects.
