Review of Thai Bella

Staff very knowledgeable of celiac and what ingredients to avoid. House salad was nice with a combination of veggies and very flavorful peanut dressing. Pineapple curry with chicken was somewhat spicy, but tasty. The basil and coconut flavors came through nicely. My partner's Mussaman curry was also very flavorful with just the right heat. All ingredients could be chopped a bit more to make it more "bite" sized (i.e., they were a bit lazy). Limited wine list and somewhat pricy. Eclectic decor, best chair comfort in Moab in a week--wow, who would have thought chairs with padding could improve a dining experience?! Really a 4.5/5.Excellent service.The restaurant is somewhat noisy with lots of hard surfaces and some very loud kids.
