Review
*Almost* everything is Celiac safe!! Some noodles are not, appetizers are not. Been eating here for years with no issues. While many Thai restaurants simply remove soy sauce, Thai Boat substitutes it, which preserves so much flavor that many restaurants throw away when they make a gluten-free dish.
