They appeared to be knowledgeable about gluten free requests so we decided to try it. Unfortunately I was severely ill after eating there. My husband was fine so I'm sure I was given gluten contaminated food. Too bad- the food was good and new places in the rotation are always good.

They don't use very much soy sauce but you can request Tamari when they do. The rice noodles are all gluten free. Most of their dishes are completely gluten-free. Just watch out for the Japanese egg noodles those do have wheat flour in them. The staff is very knowledgeable on gluten-free needs.
